Our platform provides a venue for users ("Clients") seeking home care services and self-employed qualified carers ("Carers") offering their services. We do not employ Carers and do not provide care services. Our role is limited to facilitating connections between Clients and Carers.
To use certain features of our platform, you must create an account and provide certain information about yourself. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
The platform allows Carers and Clients to negotiate and confirm terms for the provision of home care services, including the cost of services. Any agreement you enter into with such a person is solely between you and the other party.
All users agree not to misuse the platform or help anyone else to do so. Misuse includes but is not limited to behaviour that is harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, defamatory, infringing, invasive of personal privacy or publicity rights, harassing, humiliating to other people (publicly or otherwise), libellous, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
All agreements between Carers and Clients must exclusively take place on this platform. Conducting business between Carers and Clients outside of this platform is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this policy will result in the suspension of your account, and a placement fee of £2,500 plus VAT will be levied if you employ or attempt to hire a carer directly off our platform. Our aim is to discourage any actions that undermine the integrity of our platform and ensure a fair and transparent process for all users.
All content, design, graphics, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to our platform are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. The copying, redistribution, use, or publication by you of any part of our platform, unless expressly permitted in these Terms, is strictly prohibited.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. You are advised to review this Terms periodically for any changes. Changes to these Terms are effective when they are posted on this page.

SanaCarers has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that SanaCarers shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SanaCarers and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the platform, by you or any person using your account and password, or b) a breach of these Terms.
In no event shall SanaCarers, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the platform; (iii) any content obtained from the platform; and (iv) unauthorised access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in the United Kingdom. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The award of the arbitration shall be final and binding upon the parties.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
No waiver by SanaCarers of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of SanaCarers to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
